A true Boss 429 collectors item
The MacGregors are true BOSS 429 lovers and collectors of many a Shotgun item.
This is a picture of the 1970 Boss 429 Spindle Heatshield,
Craig and Denise tell us that this NOS piece catches easily a big lump of dollars.
"
"Ford installed these only on the 70 models - right side only -
as the front tie rod end failed sometimes.
The heat exhaust heat was so excessive. It is unknown how many cars in 1970 had these.
All of the 1970 BOSS 429 should have, but they are so rare, no one is sure,
if they were installed and how many.
At least there are probably not more than a handful around today.
Like the battery caps many went very early to the dump during the first wheel alignment.
I have NEVER seen another one, not a photo or a picture of one either.
The MCA judges consider it unfair to deducted points for not having it due to it rarity.

The Bowdens - a true Racing Family... love to be up front

Racing is their life - Australia and Mustangs come together in one name. The Four on the Floor Team is well known throughout the Mustang scene and has done tremendous research in the racing history of Mustangs in Australia.
Most Mustangers do know that the Allan Moffat "Coca Cola" red Boss 302
ended up in their hands, but there is more.
This pictured factory 67 Shelby Hardtop was once driven by racer Red Dawson.
The Bowdens are laying their hands on the final touches of restoration in 2004,
so the rare original Shelby factory race car will be again in its element.

More about this 67 Shelby Hardtop soon in the new 67 notchback racer section

The Famous australian collectors (Neil and Kaye Morris)

On Display here: a 1969 G.T.500, 1969 428SCJ, 1970 Boss 302..
a 1970 Boss 429 and the first 1969 Shelby convertible number 001

Neil and Kaye Morris own this stunning collection down under. Special attention is drawn to the first ever produced 1969 Shelby - a convertible. Neil and Kaye are proud enough to show it around on car shows. The first 1969 Shelby is a true rare find that is rumoured to be on sale. Even Ford Motor Company tried to buy it back. Don't even try to send an offer.

Denise and Craig MacGregor have a faible for 429 engines and the new Stinger TV series
