The current owner of this car might tell us in the near future, what he knows about his Sidewinder..well, if we find him.This is information from David Charlier, owner of the calypso corral Sidewinder Special: "This car was owned by Jim K. in the 7oies, when these pics were shot. It was delivered in grabber blue. It was the only one with a shaker and disc brakes.My Sidewinder has a shaker by now, but it was put on later. You can see the original Sidewinder sticker very clearly. Comparing original pictures, it seems they have been installed not very accurately, but in the same location as were the Twister stickers. There was a sticker placement instruction in the original stripe kit box as where to put the sticker and side stripes. |
