Hooters had a special welcome for Boss owners. Photoshooting was "on". Since this is a family friendly site, sorry, no geeking here.

Carlisle was the spot to be for any Boss 302 and Boss 429 lover. More than 200 gathered this time at the All Ford Carlisle meeting 2005 and adding to the almost 2400 Ford cars on display

Rain has become a reliable partner of the All Ford meeting in the past years, but it does not calm down the mood of real die-hard enthusiasts. Rest assured there were plenty of them on the hunt for the unexpected rare parts find.

"It
truly was a memorable weekend. The turn out was unbelievable!  When I shook Randy's hand to thank him for the effort, his gracious reply was something like:  "The thanks goes to all the guys that brought their cars out ..."

Boss owners ain't no fear of rain - more than 200 gathered

The mood was friendly and casual - everyone felt welcomed, even non-Boss owners.  The spirit of the weekend was about the love of the Fords and the effort made to get them to Carlisle, PA. There were great stories of many late and even sleepless nights trying to get the cars in shape for the event.

One 429 owner brought the car 'anyway' even though he couldn't get it running... Friday morning, in the fairgrounds a bunch of 'new buddies' gave him a hand and had the car purrring in no time."
