Radical MuZZtangs Mustangs customized, blown, Prostreeter, Dragsters, frenched, shaved, lowered - you name it

Lowered, mean, bad and black - sharp dressed and shaved
This is one of my favourites, because I like those mean machines, that still try to keep their muscles somehow hidden. The sound of this Germany based car is like a black panther would appear on the road. Although he is not a club member as far as I know, he quite often appears on Meetings including ours in Beerfelden/Odenwald. Always a crowd puller for its excellent paint and heavily modified engine and interior modifications.

Checkered on luster
A nice paint and outstanding wheels do the job, but I am pretty shure this Knotts Berry farm crowd puller had something more to offer.

Kassabiani Mustang
Kassabiani Muscle Cars in California always has a nice collection of brute power machines of the late 60ies, early 70ies. During my last visit they had this nice customized and special paint Fastback on sale. As far as I remember the price tag was above 35.000$ with a tendency to the 40ies. It is probably long gone by now, but it was an excellent piece of power machine. You may like the colour scheme or not, but it is definitely an eyecatcher not only in the sun, but on Woodward Ave. as well. Big rear tires filled the modified wheelwells and told us of a narrowed rear axle for better grip. Engine looked clean and in the range of 300-400 SAE-HP. If you are on the look-out for a radical stang, check Kassabiani Motors at this link for their current inventory.

Six Inline-Three on top
Real professional Engine dressing requires often even more dedication than any body mod. This is an outstanding master piece of an engine artifact. Chromed to the last detail and with a triple carburetor set-up. Probably also enough power to get dirty once and then. Time for polishing again.

Michaels 69 dragster
Michael is a member of our german Mustang club and occasionally blasts down the track in his 351M powered 69 dragster. Lexan type windshield only covers Michael from the elements, but during launching he has quite some other thoughts than for the windshield. Drag sport has become very popular as well in Germany and Hockenheim in August is the place to be for the real action. Other than that there is a series of european drag runs. If you'd like to know more about these events, check out the ZONE H webpage of Eric Ambrosino in France.

Made in Heaven
How about this one? Wings are made for heaven, but the driver of this ultraclean customized 'stang certainly wants to stay a while on earth with his treasure. Metallic orange paint of a special mixture covers the body molds of this nice 7o Fastback. Pictures at a custom car show in the 80ies in the Netherland, but brought over from UK for the display.

Muscle Cars Ltd. Pro Street 65 Fastback
Muscle Cars Ltd. is a widely known Hot Stuff parts supplier in the U.S.. Jim White was looking for info on Elton Eckstrands Lawman Super BOSS and introduced his "business card": "I noticed you have an interest in High Performance Mustangs and Customs. We are Muscle Cars LTD located in Maine, USA. We are a Speed and Custom Shop that specializes in Mustangs and Falcons as well as other Fords. We build Pro Street cars, mild to wild customs, sleepers, and custom restorations. I thought you might like to see one of the most radical one of a kind, street driven Mustangs ever built, and is also our trademark. It was completely custom built by us here at Muscle Cars LTD, about 5 years ago and is used almost daily, and taken to many charity events, and car shows during the spring, summer and fall. If you go to our website just click here: Muscle Cars LTD and look in the Muscle Car, Hotrods, and Race Car Gallery you will see several pictures of the car and the Funny Car. The car was also in several magazines this past year.
Although we don't give out the exact specifications on our engine combinations, here is a little about it. The Motor in that Prostreet is a highly modified 351 Cleveland 4V, with 4 bolt mains, with a forged crank, aluminum rods, and 7.5 : 1 Arias Pistons. The Heads are steel 4v Cleveland heads and highly modified, fully ported, polished and flowed, the aluminum intake is custom made here. The 871 blower has 2 highly modified 750 Holleys on it. The c ar is all business. And it is a blast to drive around town. I'll give you a free ride, when you come over."
Rest assured, I will take this offer.

Your CustomStang here?
Send me your pic and some words and you might be shown here. The more radical or outstanding the better chances you have.
The radical ZZtang seen on the left belongs to a norwegian enthusiast, who rarely takes his foot of the gas pedal.

Slot car?
Like it or not, the owner of this car that showed up at Knotts Berry Farm quite some years ago had an idea about customizing his ZZtang. Workmanship seems to be excellent and taste is is not the issue we are going to discuss here widely. Ideas is what counts to enter the ZZircus manege.

Genuine Custom or homemade?
Although Shelbians might cry about this altered true 68 Shelby, remember end of the 70ies the taste for modifications and customizing was quite different. Monsieur Stoubanous from Fribourg kept this true Shelby in its state as he bought it end of the 70ies, when those cars were cheap. He likes to provoke his neighbours with this car and has several real Shelbys in similar status in his garages.

Jet age Mustang?
Now, not Flintstones are the owners of this heavily modified early ZZtang. Also on stage at Knotts some years ago, it was a real crowdpuller and eyecatcher. Hours and hours seem to have went into this conversion or is there a body kit out there? At least this modification might keep your missing hair in line.
