6S2383 as it appeared in 1999

Paul Faber from Luxembourg owns 6S2383 since 1996.
Since Paul saw his first Mustang back in 1964, he was interested in Mustangs with the highs and lows that everybody experiences in his lifes planning. It took him until 1992 to become owner of a 65 convertible. But the Shelby convertibles were still somewhere in his head and he even heard of the special Continuation series convertibles that Shelby authorised in the 80ies.
Once Paul headed to the 20th Anniversary in Atlanta, he got to talk to several Shelby specialist and was surprised, when he learned they never heard of the CS convertibles, so he was there to explain to them and left his business card just in case they would ever hear of one to be on sale.
6 month later one of them called him, as he heard of one for sale and Paul asked him to check it out. Again 6 month later the car arrived in Luxembourg and Paul could open the droptop to take his first ride in a real Shelby convertible. Paul is stil driving and enjoying it.
Pauls 6S23823 is one of only 4 of the Continuation series that was tested by Carroll himself and that was personally handed over by him to the original owner in California. A special tag is enough proof for that personal touch.
